My father's orthodontic practice is nestled deep within Los Angeles. Our home city harbors one of the most fragmented orthodontic markets in the world. Nancy Hyman (ORS) understood that these industry conditions didn’t forecast that patient growth was unrealistic; rather they suggested that the practice who implemented an aggressive marketing strategy would set the gold standard. Nancy and Dr. Hyman enlisted their son and RKS founder Ryan Hyman to expand Hyman Orthodontics’ online footprint. Ryan began by taking an inventory of the current online presence, revealing a disappointing trend. Hyman Orthodontics’ online review presence wasn’t congruent with the practice’s branding. We first moved to ensure that the information would be correct. This step made us more accessible…to both fans and critics alike. Our practice needed a creative approach to online review management.
Ryan merged his detail-oriented review solicitation with her designer’s eye. It was a much needed makeover that was more than skin deep. Our review problem wasn’t solved overnight. However, implementing this new approach refreshed the way our office approached marketing opportunities. We have since refined our strategy and followed in Nancy’s footsteps. Our company, RKS, serves orthodontic clients in California, Oregon, Washington, and Texas.
